- Commerce rails wired end to end — Stripe subscriptions and one-time billing, StoreKit 2 in-app purchases, marketplace checkout — with honest public metrics on every property.
- Fleet engineering: three Ubuntu servers, 24 nginx sites, 27 auto-renewing TLS certificates, a self-hosted mail hub serving 20+ domains, DNS automated across three provider APIs, nightly backups, live telemetry probes, ~70 scheduled jobs.
