Adam Ferree.

AI engineer & builder. Operations leader.

Wilkinson, Indiana · adam@adamferree.com · (805) 443-3271 · adamferree.com

I design, build, and operate AI-native software end to end, solo — agentic automation, voice AI, full-stack web, and native iOS. By day I lead a fifteen-person asset-protection and safety organization at Walmart, where I build AI tools that watch loss and safety data and flag what matters. After hours I run AMF LLC: fifteen AI-native products — businesses, games, and iPhone apps — built and operated alone on a three-server fleet I administer myself.

Nothing here is a mockup. Every product linked below is live right now, and the portfolio front door at amfindiana.com renders real telemetry measured off my servers about every 60 seconds.

AI engineering, end to end.

two tracks, one discipline: build the tool, then operate it honestly

Founder & Sole Operator — AMF LLC, Wilkinson, IN

2026 – present
  • Fifteen products built and operated by one person plus AI — seven businesses, three games, two native iPhone apps, and prelaunch properties — each its own brand, all on infrastructure I built and administer.
  • Voice AI in production: phone agents that answer real business lines, capture structured opportunities, and conduct disclosed long-form interviews.
  • Commerce rails wired end to end — Stripe subscriptions and one-time billing, StoreKit 2 in-app purchases, marketplace checkout — with honest public metrics on every property.
  • Fleet engineering: three Ubuntu servers, 24 nginx sites, 27 auto-renewing TLS certificates, a self-hosted mail hub serving 20+ domains, DNS automated across three provider APIs, nightly backups, live telemetry probes, ~70 scheduled jobs.

AI & Operational Automation — Walmart Asset Protection

ongoing
  • Agentic AI automation applied to asset protection and safety: autonomous tools that continuously monitor operational data, surface exceptions in real time, and generate reporting without manual pulls.
  • Automated exception detection across loss, safety, and compliance data — catching trends and outliers faster than manual review, freeing the team for floor time.
  • Automated recurring reporting and dashboards — hours of manual data work turned into on-demand, decision-ready output for leadership.
